For Lara the road to professional racing started in her Dad's garage where she helped rebuild hot-rods, including her first car a 57 Chevy. Upon completing college with a degree in fine art and communication she spent her time developing successful advertising and healthcare businesses.
A trip to the Bondurant Road Racing school gave her a chance to renew her love of racing. Since then she has competed in an array of sprint and endurance races.
Originally from Southern California, Lara and her two sons live in Salt Lake City, Utah. Lara also enjoys windsurfing, water-skiing, snowboarding and snow-skiing, horses, gardening, cooking and travel.
